The Role
We’re looking for Junior Growers to join our team as we prepare for operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the start-up phase of a world-class facility, working closely and receiving training from Senior Growers and technical specialists to establish best-in-class growing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in crop planning, irrigation, and pest/disease management
• Support the integration of advanced automation and technology in crop production
• Collect and analyse real-time growing data to optimise yields and quality
• Participate in pre-launch training and trials ahead of operational go-live
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and WHS standards
• Work alongside consultants and senior growers to implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry experience in horticulture, protected cropping, or glasshouse. production OR a tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to support data-driven growing decisions.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive and safety-conscious team player.
