National Policy Statement for Highly Productive Land
Potential unintended consequences to protected cropping industry from new policy

It was brought to the attention of Grower2Grower this week that the National Policy Statement (NPS) for Highly Productive Land 2022 may have unintended consequences for new greenhouse/protected cropping builds on Rural Zoned Land that contains class 1-3 soils unless the topsoil is used.
