The Grower2Grower Golf raffle was another success this year, we raised slightly more than last year thanks to the generosity of all the participants and to the prizes kindly donated.  This year our charity was the Hawkes Bay Fruit Growers Association Charitable Trust, with the devastation from Cyclone Gabrielle we wanted to make contribution and even though it is not a huge amount of money it was so good to see the generosity from fellow growers.  We hope it is put to good use by the Charity.

The Big Winners:

Herman Fourie, head tomato grower from the T&G Global HAR site in Tuakau wins the big prize.  Well done, Herman.

Left Glen Low from Franklin Law with Kate Miln from NZ Gourmet.   Well done to Kate who won the Empak / Elite Tunnels $300 Mitre 10 Voucher (Kate also won the Franklin Law Hamper – I hope she purchased a lotto ticket on the way home)

Daren O’Shea from the Young Hort team won the F-Tek raffle.  He had the luck of the Irish on his side!
