Céline De Neve Joins Agro Solutions Team in APAC Region
Roam Technology excited to announce new role focused on Asia-Pacific

We are excited to announce the hiring of Céline De Neve, who will be joining the Agro Solutions team as a key member focused on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Australia, Céline brings an interesting blend of education, regional expertise, and a proven track record that makes her a perfect fit for our team.

Bringing APAC Expertise and Local Insight

Céline’s familiarity with the APAC region, gained through her previous work experience and extensive travel, makes her a strategic asset to our operations. Working directly from Australia, she will be in a unique position to strengthen our local presence and stimulate growth in this dynamic market. Céline’s ability to combine her technical skills with hands-on experience guarantees she’ll make valuable contributions to the team.

A Track Record of Success

Céline’s career has covered several industries, including agriculture, the food industry and oleochemistry, with a consistent focus on innovation, business development and sales.

Céline holds a Master’s degree in Bioscience Engineering from the University of Ghent, complemented by specialised research in rice genetics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has also completed a master class in Export Management at Antwerp Management School, which highlights her expertise in global market strategies.

Her multilingual abilities — she’s fluent in Dutch, English and French, with a basic knowledge of Spanish and Mandarin — and her dynamic communication style further enhance her capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Outside of work, Céline enjoys surfing, running, and exploring different cultures, which reflects her adventurous spirit.

“I am convinced that Celine’s background and experience, as well as her enthusiasm and drive are an absolute asset to the Global Agro Solutions Team. I look forward to working with her to further expand the Asia-Pacific region”. (Ivan Casteels – Global Leader Agro Solutions)

A Valuable Addition to the Team

Céline’s mix of analytical skills, innovative thinking, and passion for sales fits perfectly within the mission of the Agro Solutions team. Her commitment to delivering results and her expertise in the APAC market will undoubtedly add significant value and strengthen our position in the region. Ivan Casteels, Business Leader Agro Solutions, says he is thrilled to have Céline on board. He states: “I am convinced that Celine’s background and experience, as well as her enthusiasm and drive are an absolute asset to the Global Agro Solutions Team. I look forward to working with her to further expand the Asia-Pacific region.”

Please join us in welcoming Céline De Neve to the team. We look forward to seeing the remarkable impact she will have as we keep growing our presence and capabilities in the APAC region.
