Watch this for tips to safely remove bananas from the stalk

 

Check out this short video on how to safely remove the hands from a bunch of bananas attached to the fruiting stalk.

I thought it would be much easier than it was! It takes careful precision to make sure you do not cut into the actual bananas. Well done! Thanks to Geoff Mansell, Kotare Subtropicals for the advice.
